These Terms of Use apply to the Sivaro Discord bot and the related website (together: “Sivaro”). By using Sivaro, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility (18+)

Sivaro is intended for users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not use Sivaro.

2. Service description

Sivaro provides gaming-focused matchmaking features. Users can create a profile, set preferences, browse other profiles, and interact via likes/skips. A “match” may occur when two users like each other.

Sivaro is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results, matches, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

3. User content and profile information

• You are responsible for the content you provide (e.g., bio text, preferences).
• Do not post illegal content, personal data of others, or misleading information.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, or sexual content.
• No spam, advertising, scams, or phishing.

4. Prohibited behavior

• Attempting to exploit or break the service (e.g., bots, scraping, abuse of endpoints).
• Manipulating matches, spamming likes, or creating mass accounts to disrupt the service.
• Impersonation, fake identities, or using the service to target/harass others.

5. Moderation, reports, and enforcement

Sivaro may provide reporting features to help keep the service safe. We reserve the right to moderate content and take enforcement actions at our discretion, including:

• Deleting or restricting profiles/content
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent bans

There is no entitlement to access the service. Enforcement decisions may be taken without prior notice, especially in cases of abuse.

6. Safety notice

Sivaro is an online matchmaking tool. Be careful when interacting with strangers. Do not share sensitive personal information. Meet in safe places if you decide to meet offline.

7. Premium / paid features (if offered)

Sivaro may offer optional paid features (e.g., increased limits or enhanced visibility of likes). Pricing and feature details will be displayed transparently before purchase. If paid features are introduced, additional terms may apply.

8. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users. Users are solely responsible for their conduct.

9. Termination and deletion

You may stop using Sivaro at any time. You can delete your profile and related data directly via the Discord command /delete_me.

Important: If you are banned, deleting your profile does not remove the ban. Sivaro may retain a minimal ban record containing your Discord user ID to enforce bans and prevent circumvention.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. The version and “Last updated” date shown on this page indicate the current version. If changes are material, we may require renewed acceptance.
